You make initial contact through Angie-O e-Covers CONTACT page, requesting to schedule a book cover design.

Angie-O will be in touch with a start date and date you can expect to receive initial designs.

Angie will request that you fill out her ORDER FORM. The information you provide will inspire Angie to collect striking and appropriate imagery to work with.  

Shortly after filling out the order form, you will be invited to Basecamp, a management software that keeps all of the communication and design work in one organized location. Angie will either be in touch with questions or begin developing designs.

You will receive at least 4 initial designs by the date agreed upon. You will then take your time providing Angie with feedback and direction. She will respond and move forward in the desired direction. She will keep working until you are happy and feel confident in approving the final design mock-up.

The mock-up designs tend to be somewhat fuzzy, often with brand watermarks visible. This is because we work with stretched thumbnail images until the final is approved and the high resolution images are purchased. The final cover will be much more refined and of a higher quality.

Once you've approved the final design mock-up, you will receive an invoice through Pay Pal.

Payment options are Pay Pal, e-mail money transfer, or cheque.

Following payment you will receive your final cover within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon.
